AGE AND WAIVER:
-All players must meet our age requirements as follow:
- Gellyball – 5 years old.
- Low Impact Paintball – 8 years old.
- Airsoft – 8 years old (participating adult required for public sessions until 12 years old).
- Paintball (Standard) – 10 years old. (participating adult required for public sessions until 12 years old).
-All players must have a waiver on file before play, available HERE. Players under 18 years of age will also need parent consent and signature on waiver. Waivers are kept for one calendar year. Waivers are looked up by phone number, so please use your correct number.
START TIME & ARRIVAL:
-Plan to show up 30 minutes before your event so you can get geared up and receive a safety briefing prior to play. As long as your group arrives 30 minutes prior to your session, we guarantee your full scheduled play time. We will do our best to get late groups onto the field quickly, but your session will still end at the scheduled end time. Plan ahead. Make sure you are heading to the right location. Expect traffic on I-5 and sometimes Hwy 9.
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION:
-We will hold gear equal to your reservations made. If you show with more players than reservations made, we will do our best to equip you but that may not always be possible.
-Cancellations must be made 7 days before your session for a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 hours – 7 days may be rescheduled to another day at no extra charge. Refunds are not available on cancellations made within 48 hours of your event.
-Unused / overestimated reservations are non-refundable <48 hours before you event. Example: If you reserve for 12 players but show with 10, the extra 2 player deposits will not be refunded or applied to total cost of group.
PRIVATE SESSIONS:
-Check calendar for availability. Reservations made <24h before an event will require a phone call. 425.879.2102. If there is a problem with the date or time you select, you will be notified within 24 hours of your deposit. If a suitable time cannot be established, your deposit will immediately be refunded in full.
-Private Sessions require a 10 player minimum reservation. You can play with fewer players, but you will be charged for 10 players. You will still receive full paint for 10 players.
FOOD & DRINKS
-We have limited concessions available at the field, included water, soda, and snacks. Outside food and drinks are welcome, but NO ALCOHOL please.
PAINTBALL PERSONAL EQUIPMENT & PAINTBALLS
-You’re welcome to bring your own equipment to our field. While we prefer that you use our paint, outside paint is OK when using your own equipment (except for scenario events). OUTSIDE PAINT is never allowed rental equipment. Please be sure to bring tools for making any adjusts you may need. All markers must chrono <300fps, fire semi-auto only, and be equipped with a barrel bag. We do not loan barrel bags, so please be prepared to purchase one if you do not already have your own. Masks must be paintball (ASTM) approved.
AIRSOFT PERSONAL EQUIPMENT & BBs
-You’re welcome to bring your own equipment to our field. BIO-BBs ONLY. OUTSIDE BBs are never allowed rental equipment. Please be sure to bring tools for making any adjusts you may need for personal equipment. All replicas must chrono within our limits as follows:
- ALL REPLICAS UNDER 1 joule (NO MED)
- PISTOL/CQB: 1 – 1.5 joules (20ft MED)
- RIFLES/SAW/LMG: 1.5 – 1.8 joules (50ft MED)
- DMRs (SEMI ONLY): 1.8 – 2.5 joules (100ft MED) *Sidearm Required (>1.5 Joule)
- SNIPERS (BOLT ONLY): 2.5 – 3.0 joules (100ft MED) *Sidearm Required (>1.5 joule) MUST BE 18+.
Masks must be (ASTM) approved. You MUST have FULL seal eye pro (no shooting glasses, ski goggles, etc). Your goggles must seal fully around your eye so that NO BBS can get in from ANY angle. NO MESH EYE PROTECTION. Rental Masks are available.
