Monkey Time Paintball Terms

1 Hour Private Rental w/ 100 Paintballs – Deposit at Monkey Time Paintball 

2 Hour Private Rental w/ 200 Paintballs – Deposit at Monkey Time Paintball 

5 Hour Private Rental w/ 500 Paintballs – Deposit at Monkey Time Paintball

1 HOUR PRIVATE SESSION

Total Cost 
You agree to pay $310 +tax for up to 10 players, and $31 +tax for each additional player.

Deposit 
You agree to pay a $100.00 deposit for up to 10 players and $10.00 for each additonal player. 

Balance Due on Date of Play 
You agree to pay the remaining balance $210 + tax on total for up to 10 players and $21 + tax for each additional player that is part of the reservation on the date of play, before your group commences play. If you want additional players for which there was no reservation deposit paid, you agree to pay $31 tax for each of these additional players. 

Sales Tax 
The field will calculate sales on the total cost and add it to the balance due on the play date.

Start Time 
Your start time is as indicated on your invoice. Your end time is up to 1 hour later.

Check-in Time 
Your check-in time is 30 minutes before your start time. Your entire group should be present and ready to play at this time. If your group is not assembled and ready to play at your check-in time, it may not be able to play for the entire scheduled time.

Reservation Cancellation (Full or Partial) 
You must make your request to cancel your reservation by midnight at least 7 days before your scheduled start time in order for your deposit to be refunded. If you make your request to cancel your reservation later than midnight pacific time at least 7 days before your scheduled play date, the deposit will not be refunded. 

If you overestimated your group’s size and would like to make a partial cancellation, you may do so as long as you maintain the 10 player minimum. You must still make your request at least by midnight at least 7 days before your scheduled play date to receive a refund of the deposit for the cancelled player(s). If you wish to cancel all or part of your reservation, please call us at 360.799.5431.  The change you are requesting may not be available.

Date and/or Time Changes 
You must make your request to change your reservation date or start time by midnight at least 7 daysbefore your scheduled play date to avoid losing your deposit. If you make your request to change your play date or start time after midnight at least 7 days before your scheduled play date, you will forfeit your deposit.

Date and time change requests are subject to field availability. If you wish to change the date and or time of your reservation,  please go to call us at 360.799.5431!  The change you are requesting may not be available.

Field Paint Only 
Only paintballs purchased from The Paintball Field on the date of play may be used at the Field.  There are no exceptions. Any player using other paintballs will be subject to immediate ejection from The Field without a refund.

Your 1 Hour Private Rental at Monkey Time Paintball Includes: 

1 Hours of Play 
Your group may play up to 1 hours, depending on your actual start time and actual daylight hours.

Private, Supervised Games 
Your group will play on its own course and be supervised by at least one of The Field’s employees. By “play on its own course” we mean that no other players will be allowed on the same course as your group unless your group allows the other players. Your group may play on various courses throughout the day, depending on your group’s desires and availability of courses.

Each Player Receives:
* Use of Paintball marker (gun) with hopper and compressed air tank 
* Use of Protective Full Face Mask/Goggles 
* 100 paintballs (You may purchase additional paintballs from The Field on your group’s play date.) 
* Compressed Air Refills 

Alcohol and Drugs
For your safety and the safety of others, the consumption of alcohol or other drugs that may impair your judgement or coordination is not allowed before or during your visit. Do not bring alcohol onto the premises. The Field reserves the right to eject any player(s) without refund that its employees think may be impaired or bring alcohol or other drugs onto the premises.


2 HOUR PRIVATE SESSION

Total Cost 
You agree to pay $410 +tax for up to 10 players, and $41 +tax for each additional player.

Deposit 
You agree to pay a $100.00 deposit for up to 10 players and $10.00 for each additonal player.

You agree to pay the remaining balance $310 + tax on total for up to 10 players and $31 + tax for each additional player that is part of the reservation on the date of play, before your group commences play. If you want additional players for which there was no reservation deposit paid, you agree to pay $41 tax for each of these additional players. 

Sales Tax 
The field will calculate sales on the total cost and add it to the balance due on the play date.

You agree to pay the remaining balance $550 + tax on total for up to 10 players and $65 + tax for each additional player that is part of the reservation on the date of play, before your group commences play. If you want additional players for which there was no reservation deposit paid, you agree to pay $65 tax for each of these additional players.

The field will calculate sales on the total cost and add it to the balance due on the play date.
