ESPB Terms


-All groups must have at least one adult present – either playing or watching the group at all times.

-All players must be 10 years of age or older.

-All players must have a waiver on file before play, available HERE.  Players under 18 years of age will also need parent consent and signature on waiver.  Waivers are kept for one calendar year, so all players will need new waivers each January.


-Plan to show up 30 minutes before your event so you can get geared up and receive a safety briefing prior to play.  As long as your group arrives 30 minutes prior to your session, we guarantee your full scheduled play time.  We will do our best to get late groups onto the field quickly, but your session will still end at the scheduled end time.  Plan ahead.  Make sure you are heading to the right location.  Expect traffic.


The parking on Lake Fontal Road is limited and we strongly would discourage bringing more than a five vehicles. The walk in to the state land is about 1/4 mile so sturdy shoes are suggested. This is a rugged terrain, so everyone including spectators and your game runner should dress accordingly.


-We will hold gear equal to your reservations made.  If you show with more players than reservations made, we will do our best to equip you but that will not always be possible.

-Cancellations must be made 7 days before your session for a full refund.  Cancellations made between 48 hours – 7 days may be rescheduled to another day at no extra charge.  Refunds are not available on cancellations made within 48 hours of your event.

-Unused / overestimated reservations are non-refundable <48 hours before you event.  Example:  If you reserve for 12 players but show with 10, the extra 2 player deposits will not be refunded or applied to total cost of group.


-Check calendar for availability.  Reservations made <1 week before an event will require a phone call. 425.440.0845.  If there is a problem with the date or time you select, you will be notified within 24 hours of your deposit.  If a suitable time cannot be established, your deposit will immediately be refunded in full.

-Private Sessions require a 10 player minimum reservation.  You can play with fewer players, but you will be charged for 10 players.  You will still receive paintballs for 10 players.


-Outside food and drinks are welcome, but NO ALCOHOL please. Any trash brought in must be brought out.


-We require our paint be used in our rentals. Please do not bring outside paint to your session.
